By accessing or using the Aussie Tap Tails online content, you acknowledge you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. All purchases constitute an agreement that the buyer will adhere to all terms and conditions as set out on this page. By purchasing you are entering into a legally binding contract with Aussie Tap Tails, whereupon you are agreeing to all terms and conditions of sale as set out by Aussie Tap Tails. Aussie Tap Tails is an online business and will primarily communicate with customers via e-mail. It is the Customer’s responsibility to ensure the correct contact details are entered and that the nominated e-mail address is regularly checked for correspondence.

Registering makes the ordering, shipping and payment process simple & fast. You can view prices, current & previous orders, create favourite shopping lists and more.
Prices
Prices payable for items are inclusive of GST in Australian Dollars. Prices listed are by individual unit’s i.e. Each, Packet unit prices. Prices displayed on the Website are subject to change without notice. Once an order has been accepted by Aussie Tap Tails and a purchase contract formed, the price of the product cannot be varied except by agreement between the purchaser and Aussie Tap Tails either in writing or by email.
On occasions despite best efforts, it may be possible a product price may be incorrectly displayed on website. If a product’s correct price is lower than the stated price on website, we will send order and refund difference if applicable. If correct price is higher than price displayed on website, we will contact you before shipping to request whether you want to purchase product at correct revised price or provide a refund in full.
Availability
If for any reason beyond our reasonable control Aussie Tap Tails are unable to supply a particular item(s), we will notify you as soon as possible by phone or email. Aussie Tap Tails will either provide a full refund for the unavailable product or place goods on backorder. Shipping costs for backorders will be incurred by Aussie Tap Tails.

Cancellation
If you wish to cancel or change your order you must advise Aussie Tap Tails within 1 business day of placing your order. Once your order has been despatched from our warehouse and in transit, cancellations or changes to orders will not be accepted. Email: admin@aussietaptail.com.au for cancellation requests within 1 business day of order placement. Aussie Tap Tails reserves the right to decline or enter into a purchase contract and may cancel your order at any time prior to despatch of order. Aussie Tap Tails reserves the right to cancel and not ship to some destinations.

Suppliers
Aussie Tap Tails sources its products from a Melbourne manufacturer. We predominantly support and purchase our products from the Australian manufacturer who have serviced the plumbing & building industry over many years.
Standards & Certifications
Our products meet Australian standards, WaterMark and AGA certifications where required and conform to WELS ratings where applicable. We do not stock or sell products that do not meet industry standards, nor support suppliers who do not provide proof of certification approvals.
Product & Technical Information
Requests for product & technical information can be emailed to admin@aussietaptails.com. We will respond by email or provide you with links to our supplier’s web sites to view or download any available technical information required. Technical downloads can change from manufactures without notice.

Aussie Tap Tails does not accept any liability whatsoever for consequential loss, injury or damage caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to misuse, negligent use, excessive use, alteration, modification, defective installation, repair or installation by non licensed individuals of the product. Aussie Tap Tails does not accept any liability whatsoever for consequential loss, injury, or damage caused by use of the product in a manner not designed, recommended or intended by the manufacturer. Aussie Tap Tails does not accept any liability whatsoever for any third party claims or financial claims for delayed works as a result of undelivered goods, goods lost or damaged during transit.
